Mdm Vicky is a very patient and caring teacher that will always try her best to help her students in their work, be it schoolwork or the work she gives. She will constantly provide her students with the support they need and offer words of encouragement whenever they face problems or difficulties. Before I attended Mdm Vicky’s tuition lessons, my chemistry grades were either a fial or a C6. But after attending her lessons, my chemistry improved tremendously to a B3 in O levels. Apart from chemistry, my biology improved as well- from a B4 in tests and school exams to an A2 in O levels. Despite facing multiple setbacks due to undesired grades in Chemistry and biology, Mdm Vicky never stopping believing in me. She would always tell me that I can do better next time and I shouldn’t give up, which I believe, is the exact motivation and support every student needs. Her students can always depend on her if they need help in understanding certain concepts better as Mdm Vicky will always extend a helping hand and explain the concepts to her students, making sure that they truly understand by asking questions. All in all, Mdm Vicky is a very trustworthy teacher if any student needs help in understanding science concepts.

Teacher Vicky has been an excellent teacher throughout my time with her. She encouraged me to do my best and she taught me useful tips and tricks to ace my exams. Without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to improve so drastically from an F9 to A1!

When I was in Sec 3, I was struggling with juggling all my subjects and concepts that I needed to remember. Chemistry and physics in particular, were two subjects that I had trouble keeping up with, which led to me performing poorly during my end of the year exams in sec 3. However, in sec 4, I was introduced to Ms Vicky by a friend who was also being taught by her. Thanks to her, I managed to jump from a physics D7 to a A2 and a chemistry C6 to B3 for my O levels. I credit a large portion of my drastic improvement to her teaching skills and patience. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at helping you understanding any mistakes or misconceptions you have for both chemistry and physics.

Ms Vicky has no doubt been a huge help in helping me to improve on Chemistry. While a solid theoretical foundation is vital to excel in the subject, Ms Vicky also emphasises on knowledge application in her lessons. She adopts a very comprehensive approach to the subject where we go through plenty of practices to ensure that we are adequately equipped for our examinations, while frequently checking on students to clarify misunderstandings (if any). Ms Vicky also actively engages us during the lessons, frequently asking us to share our answers with the class so that we can analyse and dissect the question together. I would definitely recommend others to go for her lessons.

I came under Teacher Vicky’s tutelage in the last 6 months of sec 4 and in my 2 years in JC. Without Teacher Vicky’s guidance, I would not have been able to do well for both my O Levels and A Levels. Coming from a combined science background, it was really tough for me to adapt to the JC curriculum as the content was more in-depth. However, with teacher Vicky’s help and patience, I improved tremendously for my A level Chemistry, which I am very proud of, given that I was always merely passing for my school exams. Teacher Vicky would always clarify my doubts an ensure that I fully understand the concepts being taught. She is also very encouraging which really made me more motivated to excel in my studies! I am very grateful and will always be thankful for Teacher Vicky’s guidance.

Mdm Vicky is an exceptional teacher who reinforces foundational concepts and builds on them to craft more in-depth answers. With this, we are able to tackle more difficult questions using basic concepts as a guide. I felt that I understood chemistry better as a whole but more importantly, Ms Vicky believes in our potential and pushes us to be the best we can be.

Mdm Vicky is a very dedicated teacher who believes in her students regardless of their strength in the sciences. She guides her students towards improvement and excellence with her unwavering patience towards even her weakest students. By extending her commitment to us, she has strengthened our motivation and improved our attitude towards studying. Thanks to her in-depth and efficient explanations, my H2 Chemistry quickly improved from an E grade in my Mar Block test to a B grade in A levels. Through my experience, Mdm Vicky is a teacher that strongly believes in her students’ ability to do well and even exhibits admirable amount of patience towards her weakest students, which certainly sets her apart.

Mdm Vicky is an excellent and passionate tutor. She goes the extra mile by bringing in relevant and interesting real-life examples to ensure that we understand the chemistry concepts. Mdm Vicky also drills us on frequently asked questions to look out for and provides us with the best answering technique to approach such questions. My grades jumped from a D7 for my mid year exam to an A2 for O level within a short span of 6 months. Furthermore, under her guidance, I managed to excel in chemistry in JC, obtaining an A grade for A levels. Would higjly recommend Mdm Vicky as a tutor!

Ms Vicky is a patient person who is diligent in her teaching, breaking down concepts to her students to help them understand easier. She also ensures that we completely understand what is taught before moving on. She provides students with model answers, structured in ways that are elaborative and yet answer the questions. With her help and advice, I have managed to boost my grades for physics and chemistry from F9 to A2 during O levels. I am very grateful to have her guidance in my sec 4 educational journey.

Back in sec 3 for end of the year exams, my physics was F9 and chemistry was C6. But after joining this tuition in secondary 4 mid year examination, I managed to get B3 for chemistry and C5 for physics. For prelims, I achieved an A1 for chemistry and B3 for physics. Finally for O levels, I managed to get A2 overall for combined science. Without this tuition, I would not have improved so much. I find tuition with teacher Vicky extremely helpful as I am able to improve massively from 2020 Nov when I first joined to the day of O level exams in Nov 2021.
