Teacher Vicky is a very patient and nurturing educator who is able to understand the needs pf her students well. At first, my son lacked confidence in Chemistry and was falling behind in school. However, with her focused and personalised coaching, he was able to overcome his difficulties. Teacher Vicky has been an excellent teacher throughout my time with her. She encouraged me to do my best and she taught me useful tips and tricks to ace my exams . Without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to improve so drastically from F9 to A1.

Mdm Vicky is a very patient and caring teacher that will always try her best to help her students in their work, be it schoolwork or the work she gives. She will constantly provide her students with the support they need and offer words of encouragement whenever they face problems or difficulties. Before I attended Mdm Vicky’s tuition lessons, my chemistry grades were either a fial or a C6. But after attending her lessons, my chemistry improved tremendously to a B3 in O levels. Apart from chemistry, my biology improved as well- from a B4 in tests and school exams to an A2 in O levels. Despite facing multiple setbacks due to undesired grades in Chemistry and biology, Mdm Vicky never stopping believing in me. She would always tell me that I can do better next time and I shouldn’t give up, which I believe, is the exact motivation and support every student needs. Her students can always depend on her if they need help in understanding certain concepts better as Mdm Vicky will always extend a helping hand and explain the concepts to her students, making sure that they truly understand by asking questions. When I was in Sec 3, I was struggling with juggling all my subjects and concepts that I needed to remember. Chemistry and physics in particular, were two subjects that I had trouble keeping up with, which led to me performing poorly during my end of the year exams in sec 3. However, in sec 4, I was introduced to Ms Vicky by a friend who was also being taught by her. Thanks to her, I managed to jump from a physics D7 to a A2 and a chemistry C6 to B3 for my O levels. I credit a large portion of my drastic improvement to her teaching skills and patience. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at helping you understanding any mistakes or misconceptions you have for both chemistry and physics.

Ms Vicky has no doubt been a huge help in helping me to improve on Chemistry. While a solid theoretical foundation is vital to excel in the subject, Ms Vicky also emphasises on knowledge application in her lessons. She adopts a very comprehensive approach to the subject where we go through plenty of practices to ensure that we are adequately equipped for our examinations, while frequently checking on students to clarify misunderstandings (if any). Ms Vicky also actively engages us during the lessons, frequently asking us to share our answers with the class so that we can analyse and dissect the question together. I would definitely recommend others to go for her lessons.
